If during the warranty period the lighting fixture breaks down (in case of keeping the conditions of operation, storage, transportation, installation), the customer can receive a free repair or replacement of the device. The decision to exchange/repair is made based on the manufacturer's examination. During the examination, it will be checked whether the situation is covered by the manufacturer's warranty obligations.

According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, a customer has the right to return the product and be refunded within 14 days from the moment of purchase under the following conditions:

1. there has been no breach of package integrity and brand packaging is preserved;
2. the product is fully assembled;
3. the product has not been used; there are no signs of use;
4. there is a receipt.
